A vehicle is only issued upon successful booking and payment, with approval of the described intended use
The cost of hiring a vehicle is inclusive of applicable taxes., no hidden charges.
The safety and proper use of the vehicle is the responsibility of the hiring party during the period of hire, and must conform to the described purpose.
Use of, and/or inappropriate use of the vehicle for purposes not described in the intended purpose, is not allowed and shall attract a fine or legal action.
Any damages and/or losses incurred due to inappropriate use of the vehicle or physical damages, shall be compensated by the party that caused it.
Booking can be cancelled at least one hour after the stated departure time for full refund excluding transaction cost, after which, a fine of 10% of the booking fee shall be imposed to cater for inconveniences caused by booking cancellation. Departure delays exceeding one hour shall attract a fine of 5% of the booking fee, for every succeeding hour upto the booking value. A fresh booking can be allowed after a cancellation subject to availability of the vehicle, or a refund of 90% shall be effected immediately.
The vehicle shall be used for the described purpose only, any use not included in the description or reconsidered for approval, shall be dealt with legally

The cost of hiring a vehicle is exclusive of; the cost of obtaining a driver and the cost of fuel.
